Although this isn’t Bassano’s most historical distillery, the Poli family continues to produce grappa according to tradition employing old methods and equipment. The museum chronicles the history of grappa distillation and there is also a shop where visitors can purchase Poli’s products, including Merlot, Pinot, Moscato, liquorice, herb and berry grappas and liquors.
